ComBio’s main activity is the development of renewable thermal energy projects for different industry sectors. We provide biomass-based solutions for customers who do not have biomass, do not have the resources to invest in a biomass boiler, or do not have the know-how to operate a biomass boiler. Our business model comprises a complete package that includes:
Project preparation, equipment acquisition (Capex), environmental licensing, and construction and installation management;
All operation and maintenance (O&M) of the system, with a dedicated workforce;
Appropriate waste disposal, water treatment and development of a carbon credit project (if applicable);
All biomass sourcing and supply, including a program for tracing the sustainable origin and tracking the entire carbon footprint (scope 3);
Contract management and acquisition of electricity from renewable sources for electrification projects.
