Our projects are eligible for CORSIA certification (an ICAO program, part of the UN) and are registered\/listed with internationally recognized standards. <\/br><\/br>\nThe Tr\u00eas Marias project is ComBio\u2019s first carbon credit generator,  registered in 2019. The project consists of substituting fuels used in operations at Nexa, a zinc producing company that is part of the Votorantim Group. The successful implementation has drastically reduced the consumption of BPF oil by replacing the fossil fuel with biomass in generating the steam used by Nexa. Annually, 60,000 tons of CO2 emissions are prevented, minimizing the environmental impact of the operation and contributing to SDGs 07, 08, 09, 12 and
