We are an industrial company, but we have got to where we are by leveraging our expertise in biomass. We have developed thermal power stations that are flexible, enabling various types of biomass to be used either separately or in unison. Biomass is our core business, and we help decarbonize companies that either do not have biomass, do not have the resources to invest in a biomass boiler, or do not have the know-how to work with biomass.<\/br><\/br>\n\nBrazil is a powerhouse for biomass production. In every part of the country we operate, we burn specific types of material. We use agroforestry by-products from the production chains of eucalyptus, sugar cane, rice, a\u00e7a\u00ed, pine, orange, and palm oil, as well as industrial by-products from factories producing wooden furniture, boxes, pallets and construction panels.
