COMBIO LABORATORY
A reliable, speedy, affordable option for the physico-chemical analysis of industrial water and biomass samples
Combio’s Research and Development Laboratory specializes in providing analyses of the physico-chemical properties of the biomass used in generating renewable energy and of the waters used in manufacturing processes.
With more than a decade at the forefront of helping the national energy grid transition to renewable sources, and in its pursuit of excellence and innovation, Combio Energias Renováveis S.A. has set up its Research and Development Laboratory, with its highly trained professionals and state-of-the-art equipment. The laboratory offers the market a reliable, speedy and affordable option for the physico-chemical analysis of industrial water and biomass samples.
Laboratory
Our laboratory provides accurate, reliable results, using statistically validated analytical methods, in accordance with internationally recognized compendia, such as ISO and SMWW.
Biomass
Analysis of the properties of Biomass provides information on the physico-chemical quality of the material and facilitates decisions around its use for energy generation and commercial viability. We deliver reliable, high-quality results using methodologies based on internationally recognized compendia.
The analytical scope of the laboratory includes:
Higher Calorific Value - PCS; ISO 18125:2017
Lower Calorific Value - PCI (wet basis and dry basis), ISO 18125:2017
